Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle with Champenoise method for at least 48 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES

Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: intense and velvety, with notes of ripe fruit.
Taste: complex, full and structured.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Perfect as an aperitif. It is recommended with important meals, excellent with seafood, shellfish or white meat.
