Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle with Champenoise method for at least 48 months.
48 months after harvesting.
Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perfect as an aperitif. It is recommended with important meals, excellent with seafood, shellfish or white meat.
