Colour: tenuous pink.
Aroma: spicy hints with floral notes.
Taste: fresh, mineral and elegant .

Excellent as aperitif. Ideal for appetizers and light and delicate dishes such as risotto or pasta with vegetables, white meat, soft cheeses and fish.
