Reception Pressing and Bottling

The grape reception and pressing zone is on the ground floor and, next to it, the fermentation room where the must is processed and the vinification processes proper take place. All the vinification processes are closely monitored: from the quality of the grape to all the microbiological processes that allow the must to become wine. There is also a decanting area for the just fermented wines that are then stored on the floor below. All the bottling and packaging phases for our wines and direct sale to the public in our Wine Shop are carried out on this floor.
