Storage and Aging
The basement houses the storage room with its stainless-steel tanks and vinifiers that can be monitored in terms of temperature in such a way as continuously check all fermentation activity. This floor also gives access to the recently built wine barrel storage area, a refinement room with its vats for the fermentation of the best grapes, barrels and French and Slavonic durmast barrique casks where all the great wines, Amarone, Recioto and Ripasso, produced in previous years rest and mature.
